One of many nearby favorites and I go to pick my order up and I’m told they didn’t get my online order. Very disappointed and nobody to rectify the issue. She just stood there looking at me. I do understand that wait times do vary, but my previous online order I waited 30 plus minutes after confirmed pickup time.

Clearly says with the Hibachi shrimp dinner that it comes with a house salad but I did not get one. Said upon pickup no salads without asking for one. You need to change online menu then!

Great food. Best veg. fried rice out of every restaurant in the Midsouth. And I promise I’ve tried them all multiple times. I eat a lot of Asian food! Akita has something really special.

Restaurant didn’t see my online order. I had to wait 20 mins to get order and the order was not correct when I got home. Very disappointed they did not check online orders.

Worst place! Ordered food through the app as I always have. Waited 25 minutes to pick it up. Get there and they don’t have it. Then he realizes they did have it but didn’t take it off the fax machine!

Food taste was good, but for $15 I would think I'd get more than one tiny little container of sauce. This was a delivery order, and that sauce was half in the bottom of my bag, due to the container top not being fastened securely. I won't be back.

Everything was wonderful, the food was hot and exactly how I requested it! Flavor was on point too! Akita never disappoints. Whether you order online or eat in, you get the same quality everytime!

I really enjoyed everything I did think that the California rolls were a bit over priced, and I had asked for more ginger and it wasn't in the bag so I will make sure I look next time to make sure it's in there but other than those 2 things I thought everything was great! It's also closer to my house then the olive branch location "it would be great if they opened an urban fusion restaurant in southaven" Besides that it was great! and I will order again happily.

I went in around the time the app told me the food would be ready which was 15 minutes after I ordered. Not ready. Cashier told me 15 mts. They were pretty much waiting for payment prior to cooking.
